Compensation: Attractive base + bonus + benefits package in line with market rates or above.

To be a, suitable for interview application, we need your profile and interests to meet all of these criteria as a minimum:

  • Examples of previously being part of the senior team who grew a similar B2C/D2C industry company through the $5MM - $30M+ revenues range (they are willing to invest to scale to $100M+reveune in the future phase of growth and are already vertically integrated)
  • Stragegy expertise in direct to consumer (D2C) and B2C digital marketplaces, eCommerce, SEM, performance media acquisition and email/CRM retention
  • Overseas the brand strategy for growth
  • Must be from one of consumer goods, supplements, alternative medicine, organics, wellnes
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications adhere to brand standards and deliver a unified brand experience
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Growth marketing strategy, yet hands-on technical with their marketing team when needed; coaches, supports, directs and inspires people; manages transformation change and major growth
  • Passionate about consumer health, natural high quality ingredients, solving and preventing chronic health conditions, mission and sustainable team focused on attracting and retaining customers through quality and community
  • Data analytics decision-making - Monitor brand performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI, and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including line management, suppliers and executive relationships
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive brand communication and effective execution of brand initiatives
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audience preferences, emerging trends, and competitive positioning, using insights to drive brand innovation and growth.
  • Well-educated to degree or higher level
