Looking for a Manager of Brand Solutions, Open World

Our Open World team is looking for an ambitious Manager who will play a vital role in supporting our account executives in delivering top-notch services to our brand clients. Projects will include delivering gaming and cultural marketing strategies, running influencer campaigns, weaponizing data and insights, and more. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of account management within a fast-paced environment. This candidate will work closely with account executives to learn the ropes and become an indispensable part of the team.

Reporting to the SVP of Brand Solutions, Open World, the ideal candidate will be able to impress our brand partners with their highly organized approach and ability to see various projects through from start to finish seamlessly. While their focus will mostly be on tactical execution, they will need to apply a strategic lens to how we support our clients, understanding that even the smallest tasks always ladder up to a larger picture. 

On any given day you might...

  • Manage regular communication with brand clients, responding to their requests, and providing updates on project statuses.
  • Support account executives in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional resources to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, scheduling calls, sharing weekly status updates with clients, and other documentation.
  • Manage interdepartmental communication within the company to execute needs of brand clients.
  • Manage key contacts and relationships, including independent contractors and/or vendors integral to execution of brand initiatives.
  • Keep pulse on the success metrics and reporting of campaigns, with the ability to take the results and deliver narratives for clients within comprehensive wrap reports.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for building brand strategies and other creative campaign needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding the nuance and tact necessary to manage those relationships toward collective success.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving in the face of any unexpected challenges.
  • Deepen your knowledge of Open World’s full scope of services, industry trends, culture-driving creators and emerging platforms.
