    • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Process Optimization:

    • Evaluate and enhance sales processes, tools, and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement best practices and standardized procedures across the sales organization.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and address process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and analyze sales performance.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales systems and platforms.
  • Sales Forecasting & Planning:

    • Work closely with finance, supply chain, and other departments to synchronize sales forecasts with production and inventory plans.
    • Develop and manage sales targets, quotas, and incentive programs.
  • CRM & Technology Management:

    • Ensure the CRM system supports the needs of the sales team and integrates seamlessly with other business systems.
    • Drive user adoption and best practices for CRM usage across the sales organization.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
