Position: Sales Operations Specialist                                          Pay Grade: 4 Salaried Exempt

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for driving sales effectiveness through the development, maintenance and optimization of key sales operations processes. This role requires an individual with strong operations and analytical skills who works collaboratively with the sales and operations team to create and implement strategies that will maximize revenue opportunities.
Sales Operations Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and optimize sales operations processes, such as order management, customer segmentation, pricing, and quoting
• Coordinate resources to prepare the SOW, product sourcing and pricing in the development and preparation of a sales quote, account process documents and presentation package for delivery to the prospect or client by the sales team
• Analyze weekly sales data in ConnectWise to identify trends and opportunities and create reports to track progress and performance to reach company goals
• Maintain and report sales data to the Leadership Team, including activity and opportunity statistics, quotas, pipeline, forecast, and referrals
• Work with department management and leadership to determine price schedules and discount rates; communicate this effectively to sales team
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals
• Develop strategies and tactics to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency

Sales Operations Specialist Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, operations management, business development preferred
• Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize projects
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
