Administrative Assistant

We are working to fulfill project requirements with the Maryland Department of Health, Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). This is a full-time position with GECG and the project is with DDA.
Summary:The opening of Administrative Assistant professionals is for an upcoming short-term projects (6 months). These are full-time, hybrid positions (at least 2 days per week onsite). Candidates should preferably be local to Maryland or within short commuting distance to fulfil the hybrid requirement.
Please note that candidates will need to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination, if offered the role.

What you will be doing:- Analyze and interpret data as it relates to DDA Administrative Services to include Operations, Fiscal, Appeals, Legislative Services and IT.
- Assists the Program Manager with research, and compiles data at the direction of the Program Manager. Analyzes and interprets the data with the Director and other program heads within DDA.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets. Reconcile vendor invoices submitted for payment.
- Assist the Program Manager with the formulation and distribution of the individual and group weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Analyze and interpret data.
- Assists with research and compiling data.
- Enter and track provider information for Medicaid renewals.
- Prepares statistical tables, charts and reports, and other spreadsheets.
- Formulation and distribution of weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
- Logging information in a google form or spreadsheet for tracking purposes.
- Assists with collecting, filing, and tracking daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Research and compile data.
- Assists with statistical tables, charts and reports, work-flow charts, staffing 4 patterns and organizational charts, etc.
