Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our global growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international recruitment, strategic planning, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various markets.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with regional HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies, measure performance, and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Stay current with global recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to ensure competitive edge.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all regions of operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or advanced HR certification preferred).
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on global recruitment and managing international hiring processes.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies in multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and HRIS systems.
