Position Overview:

The Training Coordinator manages the logistics and administration of all training programs. This role is key in planning, organizing, and hosting trainings that promote team member growth. By working closely with trainers, department leads, and team members, this position ensures that trainings run smoothly, compliance is maintained, and data is managed to support continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with trainers to meet their needs and ensure all logistical details are in place.
  • Organize and schedule sessions, including venue, resources, and materials.
  • Manage training logistics and host sessions, resolving any issues for a smooth experience.
  • Act as the main liaison to coordinate schedules and prevent conflicts.
  • Regularly provide updates to confirm details and address concerns or changes.
  • Collect and apply feedback to improve processes.
  • Oversee the Compliance LMS systems to ensure accurate scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Keep compliance training materials current and accessible.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance and feedback, and generate reports for leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in training, admin, or another related field.
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple training sessions with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with trainers, department heads, and team members.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating and resolving logistical and scheduling challenges.
  • High level of accuracy in managing logistics, records, and data.
  • Skilled in using MS Office, familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and adept at managing software.
