Reporting Relationships
The Production Manager- Enhancements reports to the CEO. The CEO will provide training, direction, and support to the Production Manager- Enhancements.

Requirements
Education
A high school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement
Certifications
A valid Ohio Drivers License and be insurable by DLLs vehicle insurance provider
Experience
Four plus years of experience in all aspects of landscaping
Prior leadership and management experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk long distances and work continuously for up to 2 hours at one time to complete tasks, assist customers and other employees
Ability to work in severe temperatures for extended periods of time
Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
Hearing and speaking to exchange information
Dexterity of hands to perform the tasks required of the position
Sight in order to be aware of hazards and dangers found in the nature of the work

Working Conditions
The employee will be expected to experience hot and humid conditions as well as cold conditions while on customer sites in all weather conditions. Because this is an all-weather job, the employee must be able to function and tolerate the changing of the seasons
The Production Manager- Enhancements is expected to drive to customer sites as needed
Willingness to work a varied schedule to ensure customer satisfaction/job completion including evenings, weekends, holidays and longer shifts

Duties and Tasks
This is a Leadership position that also requires physical labor on customer properties at times.
Will report directly to the CEO
o Follow all instructions and perform all tasks as requested by the CEO
o Adjust priority of jobs as directed by the CEO
o Produce all routine reports as outlined by the CEO
o Continuously Monitor job costs and communicate deviations to budget to CEO immediately
o Monitor competitors and report findings to CEO
o Provide feedback to the CEO on employee performance
They will manage all aspects of the Enhancement Crews, including:
o Schedule Work Crews to maximize productivity and company profitability
o Be responsible for the productivity of each team member.
o Give job-specific directions to their team and follow-up to ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and customer expectations.
o Teach, manage, direct and mentor each member assigned to their crew. Give quality and timely feedback on work performed
o Train Crew on proper use of all company equipment. This includes safe usage as well as methods to reduce wear and tear and thus avoid unnecessary maintenance and repairs
o Training and certification of new hires and experienced Crew members
o Provide immediate feedback to crew on job performance and quality of work performed
o Execute company disciplinary program in a fair and timely manner
o Conduct Annual Performance Reviews for all crew members
o Answer questions of the Crew regarding any work being done
o Communicate workload changes to Crew to ensure productivity on all shifts
o Conduct site inspections daily to ensure proper job completion and customer satisfaction
o Communicate on all jobs with crew assigned:
Ensure all crew understands and follows customer-specific directions outlined in LMN
Ensure employees clock in and out for individual tasks daily as directed by company guidelines
o Will begin shift by meeting with their Crew:
Review KPIs from previous day (productivity)
Review customer feedback on past jobs
Understand the days schedule and job priorities for the day
Understand estimated time to complete assigned jobs .
o Review customer expectations to jobs and answer questions as needed for clarity
Commit daily work habits to ensure a safe working environment for self and their crew
Complete Daily Truck Safety Inspection and ensure employee safety gear is available in vehicle prior to leaving the shop for customer work sites. Correct issues or communicate any needs immediately
Ensure designated work area is clear of hazards keeping safety and productivity top of mind
Use supplies in an efficient manner that reduces waste. Complete orders with suppliers as needed
Understand and commit to DLLs pledge to provide quality work the first time to all customers
Conduct customer walkthroughs as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct routine Formal Inspections to grow enhancement sales and increase customer satisfaction
Own and respond to all customer concerns/issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Team environment share your knowledge with other workers.
Confirm quality work prior to leaving a customer site No go-backs.
Leader whose self-control is equal to all emergencies.
Be responsible for the productivity of each team member.
Plan and prepare for routing, staffing and materials for snow removal
Maintain proper inventory levels of salt, sand and magnesium for treating properties.
Provide proper training for snow removal techniques of plows, spreaders backhoes and walk behinds for unskilled staff
Ensure adherence to Company Vehicle/Equipment Maintenance Program
