Job Description

The Production Manager - Enhancements is a critical role within Distinctive Lawn And Landscape LLC, requiring a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer service skills. This position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Enhancement Crews, including scheduling, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Enhancement Crews to maximize productivity and company profitability
  • Monitor job costs and communicate deviations to budget to the CEO in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to the CEO on employee performance and implement disciplinary actions as needed
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure proper job completion and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with crew members on job priorities, customer expectations, and quality control
  • Train and certify crew members on proper use of company equipment and safe working practices
  • Plan and prepare for routing, staffing, and materials for snow removal
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of salt, sand, and magnesium for treating properties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Four plus years of experience in all aspects of landscaping
  • Prior leadership and management experience preferred
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and insurability by DLL's vehicle insurance provider
Working Conditions

The Production Manager - Enhancements will be expected to work in various weather conditions, including hot and humid temperatures, and will be required to drive to customer sites as needed. A willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
