Reporting Structure

Qualifications - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GREEN INDUSTRY AND/OR LANDSCAPING
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
Certifications: A valid Ohio Driver's License and eligibility for coverage under the company's vehicle insurance.
Experience: A minimum of four years in landscaping and snow operations is required, with prior leadership experience being advantageous.
Physical Requirements
The candidate must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods, completing tasks and assisting customers.
- Work in extreme temperatures for prolonged durations.
- Lift moderate to heavy items, up to 50 pounds, without assistance.
- Perform various physical tasks, including climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
- Communicate effectively to exchange information.
- Maintain visual awareness of hazards in the work environment.
Work Environment
The employee will encounter varying weather conditions, including hot, humid, and cold environments while on-site. This role requires adaptability to seasonal changes and the ability to drive to various customer locations as necessary. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet customer needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
The Production Manager for Enhancements will oversee all operations of the Enhancement Crews, including:
- Scheduling work crews to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Monitoring the performance of each team member.
- Providing clear, job-specific instructions and ensuring completion to company standards.
- Training and mentoring crew members, offering timely feedback on performance.
- Instructing crews on the proper use of equipment to minimize wear and maintenance.
- Conducting training for new hires and experienced crew members.
- Implementing the company's disciplinary procedures fairly and promptly.
- Conducting annual performance evaluations for crew members.
- Addressing crew inquiries regarding work tasks.
- Communicating any changes in workload to ensure efficiency.
- Performing daily site inspections to guarantee job completion and customer satisfaction.
