Join Our Team as a Part-Time HR Coordinator

We are collaborating with an innovative e-commerce platform and seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join the team on a part-time basis. If you are passionate about supporting employees and ensuring a positive work environment, this opportunity could be a great fit for you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with candidates.

  • Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork completion, orientation sessions, and introductions to team members.

  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Training & Development: Support training initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking employee training progress, and coordinating external training programs.

  • Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee queries, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure HR processes and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR support role, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.

    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Attributes:

    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Team player with a collaborative and approachable attitude.
