Account Management Director

Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to drive their company's growth and customer experience strategy. This role demands a customer-centric mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that the organization consistently delivers value and satisfaction to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Account Management teams to enhance customer relationships, drive revenue, and ensure excellent service.
- Present portfolio and industry best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate customer needs internally to align teams and develop processes for standardized customer experiences.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing for seamless onboarding and integration.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction.
- At least 5 years of team leadership experience.
- Strong process improvement skills with a proven track record in meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce and operate with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
