About the Role....

 

To facilitate expansion of sales and marketing activities through Amazon and other Digital Sales platforms.  The Digital Business Coordinator is the point person between Amazon activities and all Grafix process and departments.  This position will need to understand, monitor, and investigate activities and changes in Amazon selling platform so they can communicate & coordinate updates, plans and opportunities with all appropriate departments. 

 

Position Details...


The Digital Business Coordinator works directly with the Divisional Presidents, as well as interacting with other Grafix departments; Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Shipping to ensure all necessary information is communicated.

 

Highest level individual contributor. Typically oversees a program area. Employee knows and understands work requirements, defines issues, develops resolutions, directly interprets, adapts, and applies principles, policies, or procedures, and may develop or revise general policies and procedures for a specific functional area.  Employee regularly makes independent decisions in more complex matters.  Limited, very minimal supervision is provided.  May provide guidance to other employees but is not a direct supervisor.

 

This position has no direct reports. Budgets are determined by working with the President(s).

 

Essential Job Functions

 

  1. Monitor Amazon site, policies and procedures for updates and changes
  2. Catalog Management – review and analysis; current and new products
  3. Financial review – track & evaluate entitlements, chargebacks, and discounts
  4.  Marketing– evaluate opportunities & new programs; coordinate with Grafix marketing
  5. Process reviews – continually analyze areas for process improvements
  6. Assists with other functions and duties as necessary or assigned by a manager

 

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

 

90% office/desk environment.  Occasional need to walk into warehouse/manufacturing facility.

 

 Education/License Requirements


Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience; minimum 2 years)
