Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding our reach within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the healthcare industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Partnership Building: Identify and establish relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive outreach, networking, and presentations.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and contracts to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a CRM database of leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
    • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
