- Landowner Care: Answer the Landowner Care Hotline, gather information, and route inquiries to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert. Coordinate with Financial Services Specialists to maintain positive relationships with landowners and clients.
- Document Management: Oversee document accuracy and quality. This includes conducting quality assurance reviews, communicating with teams for supporting documentation, and meticulously reviewing deeds, titles, appraisals, and other supporting documents. Collaborate with the team to record memorandums with the appropriate county when required.
- Project Organization: Collect, organize, and maintain project materials following Atwell's project file procedures.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with the Senior Financial Services Specialist and Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- A commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines is essential.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount.
