Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and work autonomously.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Take ownership of producing work that is consistently thorough, timely, effective, and precise.
  • Familiarity with various court e-filing systems is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates who are knowledgeable in Michigan No Fault auto litigation procedures, including both first and third-party claims. Experience with FileVine software is considered an advantage.
