Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality and Sales Manager with prior experience as a Hotel Guest Service Supervisor, ideally in luxury hospitality settings, to lead our team at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery. This role combines expert hospitality management with strategic sales leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in both hospitality and sales within medical or luxury service environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality Management:
    • Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including patient services, reception, scheduling, and facilities management.
    • Lead and mentor a team of patient coordinators, receptionists, and support staff to deliver compassionate patient care and exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement patient service protocols to optimize the patient experience from initial inquiry through post-operative care.
    • Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, resolve concerns, and maintain high patient satisfaction.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and privacy standards in all clinic operations.
  • Sales Management:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
    • Manage the patient consultation process, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to treatment planning.
    • Collaborate with marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and patient acquisition.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics and patient conversion rates to optimize sales strategies and meet financial goals.
    • Provide training and support to staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager and Sales Manager or similar dual-role within a medical or luxury service environment, with prior experience as a Hotel Guest Service Supervisor highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team focused on patient-centered care and sales excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a persuasive sales demeanor.
  • Familiarity with medical office software (EMR), scheduling systems, and patient management software preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Certification in healthcare management or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.

Work Schedule:
