The Role:
As our Front of House Manager, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
Your Daily Specials:
- Orchestrating the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
- Leading and motivating our team to provide top-tier guest experiences.
- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and grace.
- Working hand in hand with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining service.
- Overseeing budgets, reducing waste, and driving sales.
What You Bring to the Party:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- The capacity to handle pressure with elegance and a sense of humor.
- A passion for food, beverages, and creating fantastic customer experiences.
What We're Serving Up:
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary (between $55,000 and $70,000 DOE). But that's not all - we also provide opportunities for professional growth within our rapidly expanding company.
