Our client, a General Contractor and a National leader in Data Center Construction, is looking to invest in a Senior Project Manager. This is your opportunity to get involved in the biggest boom in construction, offering the highest asymmetric growth and long-term stability

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience in Mission-Critical or Data Center Construction
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management
  • Willingness to Manage On-Site full-time
  • Willing to Travel
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful professional relationships.
  • Local market knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of construction, and more importantly, a willingness to learn.

Job Skills & Abilities:

  • Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications, and terms and conditions of project contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making/problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team
  • Strong management skills
  • Delegate work appropriately
  • Broad understanding of the industry
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
