Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Construction Project Oversight to lead our expanding Energy division. This position will be pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of regional projects, ensuring effective business management, team leadership, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with both internal and external teams during development and construction phases.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting and scope reviews.
- Uphold safety standards and client satisfaction throughout all project stages.
- Assume financial accountability for projects, providing timely and relevant reporting to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects, preparing monthly accounting reviews.
- Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop comprehensive staffing plans that include labor and subcontractor needs.
- Communicate effectively to influence policies and procedures, defining individual project responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, preferably MS Projects.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes and financial acumen.
- At least 8 years of relevant construction experience, with a focus on team building and development.
