Project Administrator

The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our growing team.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain and organize project-related documents, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings, conferences, and project-related events.
- Input and manage data in project management tools and databases.
- Keep accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement of project-related supplies and materials
- Maintain project calendars, ensuring awareness of key dates, deadlines, and meetings.
- Track project tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
- Provide logistical support for project-related meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction or utility industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
