The Hydaker-Wheatlake Company is currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our growing team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain and organize project-related documents, including contracts, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings, conferences, and project-related events.
  • Input and manage data in project management tools and databases.
  • Keep accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement of project-related supplies and materials
  • Maintain project calendars, ensuring awareness of key dates, deadlines, and meetings.
  • Track project tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
  • Provide logistical support for project-related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction or utility industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
