North Country Ford / CDJR in Arab, Alabama is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a BusinessDevelopment Representative. This position is a full-time, individual contributor role with a focus on customer service in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the desire to help grow our business.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Business Development Representative will be offered a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, this position offers the opportunity for commission-based earning potential and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k retirement savings plan.
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell vehicles, products, and services to potential customers through various means such as phone calls, email, and social media
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Develop and maintain relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement new strategies for reaching and engaging with customers
- Maintain and update customer information and leads in our CRM system
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of products and services
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of and interest in the auto industry and its products
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
