Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the valves industry within Saudi Arabia.
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the region.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, water treatment, and power generation. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients on valve selection, application, and product specifications to ensure they receive solutions that meet operational needs.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions. Provide accurate sales forecasts to assist with strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the valves or industrial products industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, and related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
