POSITION PURPOSE:

This position has a primary goal of understanding and addressing the concerns of our current customers, and taking steps to resolve those concerns to retain the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making outbound calls to customers who have cancelled our services to discuss their concerns and reasons for cancellation, as well as communication with potential new customers;
  • Have a thorough understanding of our service options, value, products, etc.
  • Offer solutions within your scope of authority to resolve customers’ concerns and retain customers;
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting regarding work completed and results achieved.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrable, successful work experience with the above responsibilities;
  • Successful customer service work experience required, sales experience highly preferred;
  • Professional, confident, persuasive phone manner.
