Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Retention Specialist to join our team at Massage Envy Myrtle Beach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the value of Total Body Care, and leading location efforts to retain and engage members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
  • Membership Development: Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendation.
  • Member Retention: Lead the location efforts to retain and engage members through interactions with existing and potential members.
  • Event Planning: Plan, develop, implement, and organize events inside and out of the clinic that promote products, memberships, and wellness services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Critical thinking, excellent math and computer skills, ability to multitask, great people skills, and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
