Our industry-leading client is seeking a Digital Literacy Trainer


We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.


Rate: $22 - $32 / hr. w2


Responsibilities:
  • Teach technology courses virtually and in-person using the OATS curriculum and approach.
  • Create a comfortable and supportive learning environment.
  • Offer personalized support to callers on the Senior Planet hotlines.
  • Make outbound calls to Senior Planet members.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Represent and promote Senior Planet culture and opportunities to course participants.
  • Engage in regular communication with OATS staff, including feedback on site issues, curriculum, etc.
  • Coordinate with site staff, including site visits, graduations, etc.
  • Submit paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Collect surveys and evaluations.
  • Enter data into Salesforce database.
  • Participate in trainer meetings and other training events.
  • Recruit participants, as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, as needed (e.g., outreach, curriculum development).
  • Supervise volunteers who assist classes, as needed.



Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent speaking and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly in English, English and Mandarin, OR English and Spanish.
  • Experience teaching teenagers, adults, and/or seniors is preferable.
  • Proficiency with Windows computers, iOS, popular social media sites, and other common technologies/devices.
  • Comfortable traveling to various senior/community centers as needed, when/if safe to do so.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a training team.
  • Superior time-management skills.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a sense of humor.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional work setting.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
