Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical assistance and enhancements for a public-facing digital platform.
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge and oversee new data management systems.
  • Develop, adjust, and implement various reporting formats (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Provide technical support to both new and existing users of internal database systems.
  • Conduct testing and implement updates following database enhancements or repairs.
  • Assist office personnel with technical challenges, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical devices.
  • Adhere to cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Drupal, TEAMS, SharePoint (administrative role preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct end-user support experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in teaching or training computer applications.
  • Familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems of supported applications.
  • Expertise in government word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and produce high-quality results.
  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a government or litigation support setting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of DOJ office automation environments and government IT.
  • Experience with payroll and financial management systems.
  • Automated litigation support experience.
  • Current or active security clearance.
