หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Job Description and Responsibilities• Collect and analyze training needs based on the competency management system, business objectives and employees’ performance review to build the annual training plan and design suitable training programs.
• Adapt and apply various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, OJT) and approaches (e.g., design thinking, micro learning, agile) or digital learning to IDP Targets.
• Lead the interactions with internal stakeholders on development strategies, communication plans, customized development plans and training platforms, etc., to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Initiate Employee Engagement Event & Activities, HR Communications to promoting L&D & VOE satisfaction rate
• Monitor & control budget

• Attention to detail and excellent.
• Competent in computer programs MS Office, Excel, Power-Point
