THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROLE
As our part-time Community Property Manager, you'll welcome new residents to our community, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive. Throughout the day, you'll oversee property operations, from managing maintenance requests to coordinating community events. You'll work closely with our dedicated team of Community Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure our residents receive top-notch service. From handling rent collections to overseeing property improvements, every task you tackle plays a vital role in creating a positive living experience for our residents. All that we need from you is the following:
- Experience in multi-family property management or related field
- Experience using property management software such as AppFolio or TenantTech
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Basic typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow instructions and ask for guidance when needed
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-management and team-management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
