Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, prepare and send correspondence, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve tenant complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, maintenance teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of property management experience, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
