Job Title: Leadership Development Consultant

Overview: As a Leadership Development Consultant, you will work with organizations to enhance their leadership capabilities and foster a culture of effective leadership. You will design and implement leadership development programs, assess leadership needs, and provide coaching to leaders at various levels to drive organizational success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their leadership development needs, identify gaps, and understand organizational goals.
  • Develop and customize leadership development programs and workshops tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its leaders.
  • Facilitate leadership training sessions, workshops, and seminars to develop key skills such as strategic thinking, team management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to executives and emerging leaders to support their personal and professional growth.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs and track improvements in leadership capabilities.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate leadership strengths and areas for development, using tools such as 360-degree feedback, personality assessments, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist organizations in managing change initiatives and fostering a leadership culture that supports transformation and adaptability.
  • Stay current with leadership trends, research, and best practices to ensure the development programs are innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in leadership development (e.g., ICF, SHRM) preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices, with expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs and coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using assessment tools and metrics to measure leadership effectiveness and program impact.
  • Strategic thinker, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
