Responsibilities:
- Assess organizational structure, culture, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and recommend strategies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement development initiatives such as leadership training, team building, and change management.
- Conduct assessments and surveys to gather feedback and measure the impact of development programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on organizational change, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Prepare and present reports on development initiatives and their outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in assessment tools and development programs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and manage multiple projects.
