  • Develop and recommend strategies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and implement development initiatives such as leadership training, team building, and change management.
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to gather feedback and measure the impact of development programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational change, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Prepare and present reports on development initiatives and their outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational development consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and development programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and manage multiple projects.
