What we are looking for:
Driven go-getters to join our Summer 2025 cohort; ready to jump into this development focused position with the potential to become a future leader of Epiphany Dermatology Our ideal candidate is excited for the chance to rotate through all of our core functions, complete special projects, and cultivate the skills required to be an effective leader. After learning the ins-and-outs of how the organization runs by engaging in the daily routines and procedures of each department, our participants will be well equipped to begin a full-time professional level position within 2 (two) years.
What you'll do:
Immerse yourself in rotational areas to learn the business function and gain a true enterprise perspective.
With the guidance of leadership, execute special projects.
Facilitate cross-department communication and business processes.
Research as needed for assigned projects and present findings to inform business decisions.
Drive process improvement across the organization.
Identify project and process pain points, make recommendations on possible solutions.
Support ongoing and new initiatives of departments as assigned.
Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the assigned rotation and/or project.
Act as liaison between company, customers, patients, vendors, and others as needed for assigned rotation and/or project.
Collaborate with other departments and individuals across the organization as needed.
Other related duties as assigned.
It’ll help to have/be:
A proactive mind-set, bias towards action, with a self-starting work style.
Excellent project management abilities, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
Top notch time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications/Experience:
Must be a recent graduate from an accredited university, degree in relevant field preferred.
Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better.
Minimum of 1 (one) professional internship.
Experience and passion for fast paced high growth companies that use data to drive decision making.
Work environment and physical requirements:
Administrative office may have minimum visits to medical offices with possible exposure to procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
