THE POSITION:

The Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Integrated Affiliations is to catalyze partnerships that further FFH’s mission. As an experienced professional with networks in payors, providers (Telehealth, IDN & FQHCs) government/public and aligned affiliates. The Senior Manager will perform business development, strategy and secure partnerships leveraging FFH’s omni-channel lines of business. This role is accountable for driving revenue in addition to strategic integration operationally to ensure high-value partnerships.

  • Meet and/or exceed annual revenue objectives and growth strategies
  • Successfully manage partnerships and affiliations increasing capacity and knowledge gain/share
  • Execute strategic projects and integration resulting in efficient scale
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Development
  • Track market research to understand trends, enhance offers and contribute to the development partnership deals
  • Conduct prospecting and build relationships with key decision makers in strategic sectors, including payors, providers (Telehealth, IDN & FQHCs) government/public and aligned affiliate
  • Utilize a mix of existing relationships, strategic introductions, and charismatic outreach, establish a pipeline of partnerships across strategic sectors
  • Work closely with the VP of Fund Development and CEO to secure new relationships and manage deal flow
  • As needed, attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent Food For Health
  • Maintain client files and information within the CRM system with updated partner opportunities, information, and activities.
Consultative Sales and Contract Development
  • Proactively advise clients on the design and execution of food programs and initiatives, optimizing Food For Health’s offerings in service to shared goals
  • Win priority pursuits by creating and executing sound win strategies early in the capture process and leading winning bid and proposal activities though sound proposal
  • Negotiate proposals and contracts that ensure profitable growth aligned with Food For Health’s objectives
  • Expand market share in medically tailored meals, government and non-profit markets, and other strategic industries as needed.
  • Work with the operations, commercial and finance teams on integration of partnerships and affiliations
  • Work with Marketing team to development marketing materials that position Food For Health as a partnership leader
  • Serve as a thought leader and resource on emergent trends to input and shape Food For Health strategic roadmap. Identify, monitor, and analyze emerging industry, legislative, regulatory, and political trends that could impact the company.
Strategy
  • Recognize and frame strategic opportunities in a structured, analytical way to clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs, informed by strong data analysis and standardized reporting
  • Collaborate cross functionally to inspire change by identifying and implementing the best ways of working across the organization
  • Create and lead customer engagements, mission analysis, and new business initiatives to include analyzing customer needs, developing and executing customer shaping activities, evaluating targeted marketing efforts, and create strategies for services within the healthcare and related industries
  • Represent the voice of the customer to our internal team. Use customer feedback to refine service offerings and entrepreneurially develop new and innovative products

PERSONAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience working with and forming productive alliances to serve constituents with differing agendas
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, organizational, follow-up, consultative sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to recognize and materialize revenue-generating opportunities
  • Ability to quickly synthesize information in actionable communications for internal and external stakeholders
  • Meaningful experience with any of the following: Proposal development and execution, Program conceptualization; Policy or political analysis and communications; Complex negotiations for long-term relationship management; Collaboration across large complex organizations
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills to structure partnership models and handle technical, contractual, and financial issues
  • Ability to self-organize effectively, deliver on deadline and respond quickly to emergent needs
  • High degree of integrity and authenticity in partnership development
