In North America, Bosch collaborates with a wide network of dealers and integrators to create reliable solutions tailored to the market. We are looking for a candidate who resides within the designated territory and is conveniently located near a major airport. The preferred locations include Minnesota or Illinois, covering the following states: ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate strategies and action plans to influence the specification and procurement of Bosch products within the region.
- Identify, assess, and cultivate potential clients.
- Spot and leverage new and existing market opportunities.
- Participate in industry and trade association events; assist with public relations initiatives.
- Engage with all potential specifiers, architects, engineers, influencers, and decision-makers within assigned industry segments/accounts.
- Present, discuss, modify, and follow up on technical and commercial solutions with potential stakeholders.
- Collect and relay feedback on product requirements, market trends, and customer needs to internal teams.
- Ensure that all interactions with potential clients align with business objectives and company standards.
- Support the sales process from initial contact and relationship building through needs assessment, strategic account development, product demonstrations, business solution proposals, and closure.
- Coordinate necessary internal and external resources to track and finalize deals.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, marketing, management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Preferred experience of 3 years in the security industry (IP video), ideally at the manufacturer level.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated individual with robust organizational and follow-up skills is required.
- Willingness to travel within the geographic region is necessary (50%+ of the time).
- Solid understanding and experience in the design and installation of IP/IT products or professional audio/communications products.
- Industry affiliations and certifications are advantageous.
- Proven capability to collaborate effectively with others. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $160,000 plus incentives. Individual compensation is determined based on various factors, including work experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and job location.
