Are you the Welcome Desk we're looking for?

To excel in this thrilling role at YMCA of Reading & Berks County, certain skills and qualifications will help you make a significant impact. Previous customer service experience is preferred, allowing you to bring your expertise in providing exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants. Additionally, possessing the ability to obtain criminal child abuse and FBI clearances is essential to ensure the safety and security of our community. As a problem solver and empathetic individual, you will have the opportunity to showcase your customer-centric mindset while responding to member and guest needs. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will allow you to effectively promote our memberships and programs, ensuring that everyone feels informed and engaged.
