About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Childrens Dental Health. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Greet patients and families with a warm and welcoming smile, providing prompt and respectful service throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate Patient Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and organized patient charts, files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate Effectively: Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and support staff, providing clear and concise communication and resolving any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and charts, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
