A growing independent agency in the RDU area is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented Licensed Sales agent to become a key member of our agency team. As a licensed sales team member, you will develop customer relationships to help sell and market auto, home, life and possibly commercial insurance products.

We are seeking an energetic professional, interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Work with the agent to establish and meet sales production goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Sales experience (at least 1 year preferred)

People-oriented and self-motivated

Must have Insurance license (or must be willing to obtain)

Previous customer service experience

Benefits (if you qualify)

Schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 with an hour lunch. However, our most successful agents attend events, network meetings, or center of influence meetings that may be outside the workday.
