WK Solutions is looking to immediately bring on a new Lead Sales Representative. We are seeking talented individuals to be a part of our Lead Sales Representative team in efforts to keep up with our overwhelming customer base. We will train and develop our Lead Sales Representatives starting from the ground up. We believe that in order to have a successful team, they must understand all aspects of the business. The Lead Sales Representative will not only have the opportunity to work with local customers directly, they will also be able to network with others in the organization, learn how to manage a small team, and be a part of WK Solutions expansion. 

 

The Leas Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers helping to educate them on products and services offered by our clients. The Lead Sales Representative will be working closely with pre-qualified residential consumers to enhance the reputation of our clientele in the local community and put them in the best position to be successful. WK Solutions is looking for our Lead Sales Representative to be part of a team of strong, determined, and ambitious professionals eager to take on new challenges and opportunities as they are presented. WK Solutions is continuously expanding into new markets and we want YOU to be a part of it 

 

Lead Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Professionally educate new and existing customers on services inquired for by providing them with detailed information.
  • Offer excellent customer service and communication by following up with customers about how new products and installations have gone. 
  • Customize the customers' pricing package based on their desires.
  • Provide timely responses to customers and effective solutions to problems in customer retention and brand establishment.
  • Attend weekly training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge. 
  • Work closely with Senior Sales Representatives to continue developing new skills that will assist in developing a strong team. 
 

Lead Sales Representative Qualifications: 

  • Has a strong desire to learn in the fields of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Great communication skills to be able to excel in written and verbal communication with customers
  • Self-motivated and determined to meet and exceed performance goals 
  • Amiable and outgoing personality that demonstrates professionalism
  • Able to adapt to new situations and be solution-oriented
