Sr. Recruiter Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent landscape by leading and executing full-cycle recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry insights, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates that align with our company's culture and goals.

We look for excellent communication, time management, and organization skills with the ability to juggle multiple roles at once. You must have a strong aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment and a good understanding of recruiting software, processes, and procedures.

Sr. Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and compensation.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our values, culture, and employer value proposition to potential candidates and the broader market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics. Generate and analyze reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and HR team members. Share best practices and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and policies.
  • May participate in special projects or other duties as assigned

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in managing complex recruitment processes and successfully filling senior and specialized roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
