Established in 1999, Culinary Staffing has built a reputation as a premier part-time staffing agency in Southern California, partnering with top-tier hotels, stadiums, convention centers, country clubs, and a variety of high-profile events, including Expos, Racing and Entertainment events, and Music festivals.

Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage a team of 50+ staff members, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Staff Coordination: Liaise with staffing managers to align team efforts and meet event goals.
- Event Setup and Execution: Oversee the setup, organization, and teardown of event spaces with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to all food safety and service standards, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively address any issues that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the food and beverage industry, with proven experience managing large teams.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate needs and instructions clearly to both clients and staff.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with smartphones and email for efficient communication.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to various event locations.
- Uniform: Own required uniforms, including a black and white button-up dress shirt, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, and a black belt.
