  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries, discrepancies, and ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of solid accounts payable experience, with exposure to accounts receivable tasks preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
