Job DescriptionJob Description

Doyle Security Services is seeking to hire a Retired Law Enforcement Officer as a Site Supervisor in Camden, New Jersey. This position ensures that our clients and their facilities are secure.


Shifts available: Business Hours


Salary: $85,000

Primary Job Responsibilities:

The following listing of primary job responsibilities indicates the general nature and level of work required in this job. Individuals assigned to this job may be asked to perform other duties as required.

  • Respond to calls and emails for any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely matter.
  • Cover all open posts and hold post for any openings on site and maintaining overtime.
  • Review and approve or deny all time off requests.
  • Review and maintain payroll for all employees.
  • Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
  • Trains and retrains new and existing officers.
  • Assisting staff in handling incidents, medical and turnover for KPI.
  • Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems to ensure all equipment is in proper working order.
  • Order and maintain uniforms for security staff.
  • Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the staff is always wearing their uniforms properly while on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid New Jersey SORA License - ARMED Required
  • Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position
  • Ability to deescalate situations
  • Great customer services skills
