The Affordable Housing Regional Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of properties managed by FPI Management, Inc. This individual will support the Portfolio Manager in ensuring that all assigned assets are operated in accordance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in addressing complex administrative and managerial challenges.
  • Property Oversight: Ensure properties are maintained in line with management agreements and operational standards.
  • Client Engagement: Uphold the owner's objectives in daily operations, fostering positive relationships with residents, vendors, and clients.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
  • Employee Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating on-site personnel to promote a productive work environment.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Support on-site teams in achieving occupancy goals and managing rental agreements.
  • Financial Management: Review financial reports and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary property documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Risk Management: Monitor compliance with safety regulations and manage risk-related issues.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $80,000 / Year

Adhere to FPI Management's policies and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
