Job Title: Client Coordinator

Responsibilities:


Dedication to customer satisfaction by having an amazing and upbeat attitude with a smile greeting each customer on the phone and in person.

Irrigation/Outdoor Lighting Desk:
Schedule/Dispatch/Route all irrigation and lighting technicians
Monitor appointments daily for all service departments
Confirm all pre-paid service customers are serviced properly per agreement
Create irrigation start up, service and winterization calendars
Update customers on service appointments and changes in schedule
Maintain customer files electronically
Lot markings: order markings, track tickets, contact locates with issues

Superior Showroom Desk:
Retail sales/ customer assistance for retail showroom, including selling hot tubs and Superior services
Coordinate customer deliveries
Sell club memberships for all businesses that showcase in The Showroom
Document, track & manage warranty claims
Overall appearance of showroom and grounds cleanliness
Control costs in areas of inventory, overhead, labor, etc.
Open and close store according to The Showroom standards
Work at State Fair booth, local networking & home shows as scheduled

Requirements:


**This position is a 5-day shift rotation. All Saturdays will be required to work The Showroom shift. Sundays off. The day off during the week is flexible.

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Punctual and dependable
Follow company core values
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Dispatching experience
Ability to work under pressure
