Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service to our clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. The specialist will handle various responsibilities related to order management and communication with both external and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive order management support and quotations to clients.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Shipping, and Accounting departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist Technical Support with case management, addressing basic technical inquiries, and contributing to the resolution of service or warranty issues.
  • Coordinate the returns process, working closely with customers, support teams, operations, purchasing, vendors, and logistics to ensure a seamless returns and repair experience.
  • Contribute to team and organizational objectives through measurable outcomes.
