Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport clients for admissions, discharges, and medical appointments using agency vehicles.
  • Provide orientation to new clients and manage their personal belongings.
  • Ensure client safety by monitoring their movements through regular rounds and overnight checks.
  • Complete DAANES reports as instructed.
  • Engage with clients to foster supportive interactions.
  • Participate in shift change meetings.
  • Assist with the client discharge process.
  • Document client interactions and observations in their records.
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Note: Paraprofessionals are not authorized to admit, transfer, or discharge clients but may assist in these processes as directed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
