IT Help Desk Support Technician

Responsibilities:
- Deploy, maintain, and improve internal documentation, integration pipelines, and company IT infrastructure
- Maintain ticketing systems, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Offer end-user support and assist with various IT tasks
- Collaborate independently and in small groups without daily oversight
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related technical field experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Experience with Linux and Windows System Administration
- Some experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems
- Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop hardware issues
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and configure network settings
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, etc.)
- ITIL Foundation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure
- Ability to work in-office Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Citizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position.
