Position Summary: The Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Salesperson is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles meeting gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. Must present a professional appearance.
Essential Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout all steps of the sales process - every interaction counts
- Follow up on sales leads generated by the BDC
- Explain and demonstrate features either in the showroom, lot or on test drives
- Work with Sales and Finance Managers to negotiate sales prince, trade-in allowance, any available discounts, etc.
- Completes all required paperwork
- Delivers the automobile and explains all the features to the customer
- Attends Meetings and Training sessions as required.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- 2+ Automotive Sales Experience required
