Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the Company representative for machinery sales within a specified region
- Keeping current with the latest equipment features and advantages
- Observing market competitors and sharing insights promptly
- Interacting with prospective clients to boost sales
- Managing customer data for the designated sales area
- Adhering to the sales process meticulously and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Responsible operation and maintenance of company vehicles and machinery
- Engaging in customer events and equipment showcases
- Staying updated on financing solutions for customer support
- Participating in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops
- Assessing the value of used equipment for trade-ins
- Guiding customers on appropriate machinery for agricultural practices
- Handling phone inquiries and accurately processing sales orders
- Exhibiting a collaborative approach and strong communication abilities
- Performing additional related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment sales
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery and practices is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online applications
- Ability to interpret basic sales reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage
